Should prescribed medications be covered by your drug plan/how should coverage for medications work?

I am going to read you a number of statements, and I’d like you to tell me if you strongly agree, somewhat agree, somewhat disagree, or strongly disagree with each. (READ AND RANDOMIZE)

Govt. drug plans should include coverage for any medications that a patient and their doctor agree are the most effective treatment. Chart   Table

If a drug is covered by one province, it should automatically be  covered by other provinces. Chart   Table

2006: Employer drug plans should include coverage for any medications that a patient and their healthcare provider agree are the most effective treatment.
2007: If a health professional prescribes a new medication or vaccine for you, it should be covered by your prescription drug plan. Chart   Table
